Gaza, MINA – A Palestinian child was pronounced dead on Tuesday morning as Israeli ceasefire violations persisted for the 87th consecutive day in different areas of the Gaza Strip, PIC reported.
According to Palestinian media and medical sources, the body of the child was recovered after he was targeted by Israeli forces on Monday at the Bani Suheila rotary, where he had been missing since the incident. The victim was identified as 14-year-old Hamada Shadi al-Fajam from Bani Suheila in Khan Yunis.
In parallel attacks, Israeli armored vehicles opened fire early Tuesday morning toward the al-Alam area of Rafah, in southern Gaza. Israeli helicopters also fired machine guns at the eastern area of the al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Additionally, at dawn on Tuesday, Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes east of Khan Yunis, further intensifying the ongoing military actions despite the ceasefire.[]
