Gaza, MINA – At least nine Palestinians were killed and several others injured on Tuesday evening in a series of Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, marking another violation of the ceasefire agreement, according to medical sources.
A strike hit a home in the Sabra neighborhood in western Gaza City, inside the “yellow line,” killing four people, while several others remained trapped under the rubble, the sources said.
The “yellow line” designates the zone to which Israeli forces have withdrawn under the ceasefire deal, stretching from southern North Gaza Governorate to the outskirts of Rafah.
Five more Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces struck a vehicle in Khan Younis, also within the “yellow line” in southern Gaza.

The Israeli army launched air and artillery strikes across the enclave following orders from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to carry out “immediate, powerful strikes” over alleged ceasefire violations by Hamas.
According to Anadolu reporters, Israeli warplanes also hit the Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, while artillery targeted areas east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. Missiles were also reported around the Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City.
The ceasefire, in effect since Oct. 10 under US President Donald Trump’s 20-point plan, includes the release of Israeli hostages in exchange for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, as well as the rebuilding of Gaza and the creation of a new governing body without Hamas.
Since October 2023, Israel has killed more than 68,500 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injured over 170,000 others in its ongoing attacks on Gaza, according to local authorities.[]
