Rishon LeZion, MINA – Israel will escalate its attacks on Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iran, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during his visit to Palmachim Air Base, near the central Israeli city of Rishon LeZio on Tuesday.
“Hezbollah made a big mistake when it attacked us,” Netanyahu said of Hezbollah missile attacks on northern Israel in recent days, The Times of Israel reported.v“We have responded strongly, and we will respond with greater and additional force.”
Netanyahu, accompanied by Defense Minister Israel Katz and IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, said Hezbollah is dragging Lebanon into war.
“They need to take care of themselves, and they had better do it quickly. We will continue to do what is necessary for our defense,” the Prime Minister said.

Netanyahu also vowed that Israel would “continue to strike Iran with force.”
“Our pilots are over the skies of Iran and Tehran, and also over the skies of Lebanon,” he said.
Netanyahu’s visit directly refuted widespread rumors that he had been killed in an Iranian missile strike, following an attack targeting his office the day before. []
