Al-Quds, MINA – Dozens of Israeli settlers entered the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Thursday under the protection of Israeli forces, where they carried out Talmudic rituals inside the holy compound, according to the Palestine Information Center.
The settlers reportedly entered through the Magharibeh Gate before conducting tours across the mosque compound. During the incursion, they performed Talmudic prayers near the Dome of the Rock.
The latest raid comes amid continued activities by Israeli nationalist and religious groups inside the Al-Aqsa compound, including group prayers, singing, dancing, raising Israeli flags, and taking photographs near the Western Arcade.
At the same time, Israeli authorities continued to impose strict restrictions on Palestinian worshippers seeking access to Al-Aqsa Mosque. The measures included military checkpoints, exclusion orders, and movement restrictions affecting residents of Occupied Jerusalem and Palestinian citizens of Israel.

In response, Palestinian and Jerusalem-based organizations renewed calls for Palestinians in Occupied Jerusalem and inside Israel to travel to and remain at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The groups also urged Palestinians from the occupied West Bank who are able to reach Jerusalem to increase their presence at the site, describing it as an effort to protect the mosque’s Arab and Islamic identity amid what they said were ongoing attempts to alter its historical and religious character.[]
