KNESSET INTENDS TO LEGALIZE JEWISH PRAYERS IN AL AQSA

Al Quds (Jerusalem), 12 Jumadil Akhir 1434/21 April 2013 (MINA) – A member of Israeli Parliament (Knesset) Arab descent Talab Abu Arar warned his colleagues in Knesset not to pursue legislation for Zionist Israel to worship in the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
It was revealed when one Knesset member Miri Ragb mobilized his colleagues to make the law, according to Al Ray.ps report monitored by Mi’raj News Agency (MINA).
Miri Ragb also announced his intention to make a tour for the Zionist citizens to worship legally in the Al Aqsa mosque compound. The worship includes reciting Tamud and other acts.
“Israeli citizens should be able to pray at the Al Aqsa compound safely and comfortably, without interference from the West Bank residents. It is our goal to be realized soon, “said Ragb.
Meanwhile, Arar warned if the law is applied, there will be unrest among the citizens of West Bank and Israeli forces.
“If the Knesset passed a law and  Zionists residents toured the Al Aqsa Mosque, the anger will spread among the population of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) residents and the big clash will definitely happen,” said Arar.
Arar gives an examples when Zionist Israel wanted to control Al-Aqsa mosque in 1948, all Arab leaders united to make preventive measures to thwart Israeli plans. That’s because the Al-Aqsa mosque is owned by Muslims and it is recognized by the international community.
“The Arab leaders will surely derail the plan. They would not allow the Muslim holy mosque was tainted by religious Zionists in the mosque complex.

The sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque will surely be protected, “he explained.
Al Aqsa is the third holiest place for Muslims after the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. It was used as a qibla (direction to worship) for Muslims before the revelation of the verses which describes the changes to the Grand Mosque (Masdil Haram). (T/P04/E1)
