West Bank, MINA – The Israeli occupation forces and Jewish settlers escalated their attacks against Palestinians and their property across the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem on Monday, carrying out raids, road closures, arrests, and a series of assaults targeting Palestinian communities, the Palestine Information Center reports.
Jewish settlers set fire to trees near the northern cemetery in the village of Burqa, northwest of Nablus, and conducted provocative tours on the outskirts of the town of Duma. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Rujeib, east of Nablus, and closed all secondary roads leading to the Jenin–Nablus Road, causing significant disruptions to local movement.
Clashes erupted in the Ramallah governorate after Palestinian youths confronted a settler attack on the outskirts of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of the city. Elsewhere, youths threw stones at Jewish settlers near the village of Deir Qaddis, west of Ramallah. The settlers also chased and attacked Palestinian vehicles on the Marj Sayea Road connecting the villages of Al-Mughayyir and Abu Falah.
At the same time, Israeli occupation forces troops arrested brothers Zaid and Mohammad Salim Turki while they were working on their farm in the Marj Sayea Plain.

In the northern Jordan Valley, Israeli forces removed the Palestinian flag from the flagpole at Bardala Secondary School and raided the village of Tayasir, east of Tubas.
The Israeli occupation forces also closed a road during a raid on the town of Kafr Aqab and Qalandia refugee camp, north of Occupied Jerusalem. They confiscated a motorcycle and fired large quantities of tear gas at residents and motorists as they withdrew.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces tightened military restrictions at the entrances to Jerusalem, causing hours-long traffic congestion at the Jaba checkpoint, while also closing the Al-Jib checkpoint and raiding the town of Beit Hanina, northwest of the city.
According to the Mu’ta Palestine Information Center, the Israeli occupation forces and settlers committed 7,458 violations across the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem during July, resulting in the killing of 16 Palestinians and the injury of approximately 237 others.
