Gaza, MINA – The Israeli occupation army conducted airstrikes and artillery shelling in eastern Gaza early Tuesday morning, marking continued violations of the ongoing ceasefire agreement, according to witness reports, as cited by Anadolu Agency.
Witnesses on the ground told Anadolu that Israeli warplanes carried out intensive airstrikes in several areas of eastern Gaza City. The targeted area is part of the military-controlled yellow zone. Simultaneously, artillery shelling continued in the region.
Further reports indicated that Israeli military vehicles opened indiscriminate fire on the northeastern sections of the Bureij refugee camp, located in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
