Gaza, MINA – A medical source in Gaza reported that an Israeli airstrike killed four Palestinians and injured others in Gaza City on Saturday.
The strike targeted a vehicle on Al-Rashid Street in the western part of the city, marking a new violation of a fragile ceasefire agreement.
The Israeli occupation army stated that the attack aimed at a senior Hamas member, identified by Army Radio as Raed Saad, described as a high-ranking figure within the group in Gaza.
Hamas condemned the strike in a statement, calling it a “criminal violation” of the US-brokered ceasefire agreement. The group accused Israel of deliberately sabotaging the truce and called on international mediators to restrain the Israeli government.
