Jerusalem, 14 Ramadan 1435/12 July 2012 (MINA) – Israeli army has struck a mosque in the Gaza Strip, claiming that Hamas was piling rockets into the religious site.

The army posted an aerial view of the target on Twitter after the strike, saying that the mosque was also used as “a gathering point for militants.”

“Declassified photo: Overnight, we struck this mosque used by Hamas to store rockets and gather its terrorists,” the army wrote on its Twitter account, Anadolu Agency quoted by Mi’raj islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
