INDONESIAN KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS COLLECT FUND FOR GAZA

Jakarta, 23 September 2014 Dzulqo’dah 1435/18 (MINA) – The Muslim Youth Forums of Jumapolo and surrounding (FOSREMA) in Karanganyar, Central Java, holds fundraising in a kindergarten for Gazan victims following the latest  Israel war in the blockaded area last month.

The aid collected from children who was previously told about the obstacles Gazan faced since the Israeli occupation began, the FOSREMA collected up to $ 1,500.

“We went to kindergarten community and also general public to raise funds and collected it for Muslim brothers and sisters who became the victims of Israeli aggression in Gaza,” FOSREMA chairman Muhammad Ayatollah told Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA), Thursday.

The collected fund  will be sent by means of Medical Emergency Rescue Committee (Mer-C) in Jakarta who is currently building Indonesian hospital in Beyt Lahiya, north of Gaza.

Ayatollah said, the problem in Gaza is a conflict between Muslims and Israeli Zionist. That’s why FOSREMA committed to help Muslim brothers caused by  their aggression in the blockaded enclave.

According to him, the conflict Gaza is different from other conflicts in the Middle East countries. What happens to Gaza is clearly a humanity crimes committed by Israel, “Muslims everywhere must concern on it,” he argued.

FOSREMA is a youth association in Jumapolo, Karang Anyar district, Central Java province, which concerns to educate children and teenager with religious concept. (L/ P003/R03/R04)
