Indonesia To Host U-20 World Cup

Jakarta, MINA – World Football Federation (FIFA) make sure Indonesia officially submits itself to host 2021 U-20 World Cup. Indonesia will compete with four other candidates.

Through its official website, FIFA confirmed the nomination of Indonesia and eight other countries to host U-20 World Cup in 2021.

“Eight soccer federations who expressed interest in hosting U-20 20 FIFA World Cup have confirmed participation in the election process. They have submitted the terms and conditions needed before June 21, “the FIFA statement said on its official website on Sunday, July 7.

Indonesia independently to host the event. Two Latin American countries, Peru and Brazil, are competitors in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Indonesia also has to compete with potential joint masters, including Bahrain along with Saudi Arabia, Arab Emirates, and Myanmar with Thailand.

“Several federations chose to host together, so total of five prospective hosts will compete to submit their proposals on August 30,” he added.

The hosting of 2021 U-20 World Cup will be held at the FIFA meeting in Shanghai, China, on the 23rd and 24th of October. (T/Sj/P2)
