Gaza, MINA – The Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza stated on Friday that Israel has committed 1,193 serious and systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement since it took effect on October 10, 2025, amounting to a breach of international humanitarian law and a deliberate undermining of the truce and its attached humanitarian protocol.

In a detailed statement, the GMO reported that documented violations over the 90-day period included:
– 384 incidents of direct gunfire against civilians
– 66 military vehicle incursions into residential areas
– 551 cases of shelling and targeting of unarmed civilians and homes
– 192 cases of demolishing homes, institutions, and civilian buildings

These violations resulted in 484 civilians killed, 1,206 injured, and 50 cases of unlawful arrest by Israeli forces.

The office accused Israel of carrying out a “slow genocide” by failing to meet its obligations under the agreement. Only 23,019 aid trucks entered Gaza over 90 days, compared to the 54,000 stipulated—a 43% implementation rate. The daily average was 255 trucks instead of the agreed 600.

Fuel supplies were critically low, with only 539 trucks entering instead of 4,500—about 11% of the agreed amount. This has paralyzed hospitals, bakeries, water stations, and sewage systems, deepening the humanitarian catastrophe.

The GMO warned that Israel continues to prevent the entry of nutritious food, mobile homes, caravans, tents, and shelter materials, worsening conditions as winter sets in. More than 50 previously damaged buildings collapsed due to weather, killing and injuring civilians who had sought refuge there. Over 127,000 tents are no longer functional, leaving more than 1.5 million displaced people exposed to severe cold, with reported deaths from hypothermia already occurring.

The statement held Israel fully responsible for the deteriorating humanitarian situation and called on U.S. President Donald Trump, agreement sponsors, mediators, the UN, and the international community to compel Israel to meet its obligations, ensure civilian protection, and allow adequate aid and shelter materials into Gaza to prevent further catastrophe.[]
