Gianyar, MINA – Bali United trailed Persebaya Surabaya 0-1 throughout the first half in their Week 20 match of the 2025-2026 Super League at the Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, on Saturday evening.
The visiting team’s goal was scored by Mihailo Perovic (11) in the 28th minute, who later had to be withdrawn after his head injury worsened.

Down by a goal, Bali United dominated possession and created several threatening chances, but Persebaya’s tight defense still prevented the home side from scoring.
Conversely, Persebaya, under pressure, scored their second goal on a counter-attack in the 69th minute.
It started with Francisco Rivera (7), who carried the ball alone on the left side of Bali United’s territory to the back line, then sent a cut-back pass into the middle of the penalty box past a looming defender.
Alfan Suaib (12), a substitute for Persebaya, came on and shot freely. He was on target.

Thereafter, no further goals were scored until referee Asep Yandis ended the match. The score remained 1-3 for Persebaya Surabaya, who had humiliated Bali United at their home ground.
