Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds), 6 Shawwal 1435/2 August 2014 (MINA)- A group of extremist settlers stormed on Thursday al-Aqsa Mosque from Magariba gate under heavy Israeli Occupation police protection.
Eyewitnesses told SAFA News Agency that 37 Israeli settlers stormed al-Aqsa Mosque in two groups and conducted provocative tours, Palestinian Information Center (PIC) quoted by Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) as reporting.
Israeli authorities closed al-Aqsa Mosque gates and prevented women from having access to its plazas and only allowed men over 50 years old in after taking their identity cards.
Only 30 Jerusalemite worshipers are currently inside al-Aqsa Mosque while Israeli invading settlers’ numbers are increasing.
