Gaza, MINA – Seven Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire across the Gaza Strip on Friday, in one of the deadliest days since the October 2025 ceasefire, according to local medical sources.
In the evening hours, an Israeli airstrike targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in Khan Yunis camp in southern Gaza, killing 37-year-old Eyad Rahib Al-Attal and wounding three others. Local sources reported that Al-Attal succumbed to his wounds shortly after the attack.
Earlier in the day, two men were killed by Israeli gunfire in northern Gaza. Ahmad Saad Ismail Ghabn, 36, died from injuries sustained after being shot by Israeli forces in Beit Lahia. Separately, 43-year-old Hussam Hassan Abu Khousa was killed by Israeli gunfire in the Al-Atatra area of Beit Lahia.
In the early hours of Friday, four people including police officers were killed and others injured when Israeli strikes targeted two Palestinian police posts in Khan Yunis and Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.

The attacks mark the latest in a series of ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement reached in October 2025 between Israel and Palestinian factions.
According to the Gaza Ministry of Health’s daily report issued Thursday, Israeli violations since the October 2025 ceasefire have left 618 Palestinians killed and 1,663 injured.
The continuing violence has drawn condemnation from Palestinian factions, with Hamas describing the targeting of police personnel as a “serious violation” of the ceasefire understanding. The killings also come amid worsening humanitarian conditions in Gaza, including water shortages, fuel crises, and the flooding of displacement tents during recent winter storms.
International human rights organizations have repeatedly called for accountability and adherence to international humanitarian law, urging all parties to uphold ceasefire commitments and protect civilian life.[]
