Jeddah, MINA – The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Pakistan, and Turkey have condemned Israel’s illegal decisions and measures aimed at imposing illegitimate Israeli sovereignty, entrenching settlement activity, and creating a new legal and administrative reality in the occupied West Bank.
In a joint statement, they stated that these actions accelerate Israel’s illegal annexation attempts and the displacement of the Palestinian people, reaffirming that Israel holds no sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian territory.
The ministers warned against the continuation of Israel’s expansionist policies and illegal measures in the West Bank, which they said are fueling violence and conflict in the region.
They expressed absolute rejection of these measures, calling them a flagrant violation of international law that undermines the two-state solution and attacks the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent and sovereign state within the June 4, 1967 borders, with occupied East Jerusalem as its capital.

“These measures also undermine ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region,” the statement added.
The ministers declared these measures null and void, emphasizing that they violate UN Security Council resolutions, particularly Resolution 2334, which condemns Israeli actions altering the demographic composition and status of occupied Palestinian territory as well as the 2024 advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice, which ruled Israel’s policies and continued presence illegal and affirmed the necessity of ending the occupation.
They called on the international community to uphold its legal and moral responsibilities and to compel Israel to halt its dangerous escalation in the West Bank and the inflammatory rhetoric of its officials.
The statement stressed that fulfilling the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to self-determination and statehood, based on the two-state solution in line with international law and the Arab Peace Initiative, is the only path to a just and comprehensive peace ensuring security and stability in the region.[]
