West Bank, MINA – The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed different areas of the West Bank last night and at dawn Monday, raiding homes, kidnapping a number of Palestinian citizens, and abetting settler attacks, according to the Palestine Information Center.
In the northern West Bank, IOF vehicles stormed the town of Ya’bad, southwest of Jenin, and patrolled its neighborhoods.
In Nablus, Palestinian youths repelled a violent attack by extremist Jewish settlers targeting the historic al-Massoudiya area, northwest of the governorate. This prompted the IOF to raid the neighboring town of Burqa, firing a heavy barrage of live ammunition to secure the settlers’ withdrawal.
Concurrently, Israeli forces stormed the towns of Awarta and Odala, southeast of Nablus, and raided homes in the town of Beita to the south.
