Bangkok, 6 Muharram/19 Oktober 2015 (MINA) — A roadside bomb has killed two paramilitary soldiers and wounded five others in
violence-plagued southern Thailand, where the military is fighting Malay Muslims rebelling against rule by the country’s Buddhist majority.

According to Reuters, a regional security spokesman said that the blast hit their vehicle during a routine patrol in the Sai Buri district of Pattani Province, Southern Thailand.

Regional security spokesman also added that, a second roadside bomb placed around 3 kilometers away from the first bomb also xploded but there were no casualties.  Mi’raj Islamic New1s Agency (MINA) quoting WAM as reporting.

Security forces are closing the area for all vehicles as more bombs might be planted and also are combing the scene to hunt down the southern terrorists. (T/R07/R01)
