Palestinian Embassy For Indonesia Cemomerates Declaration of Independence

Jakarta, MINA – Palestinian Embassy to Indonesia commemorates the Declaration of Palestinian State’s Independence November 15, which was proclaimed byYasser Arafat.

“We commemorate this to convey the words of the deceased who always say that promises are promises and oaths are oaths, they see it still far away. But we see that is near and we believe that, “the Palestinian Embassy in Jakarta said in a statement received by MINA on Wednesday.

He also stressed, Palestinian will continue to strive with full struggle and sacrifice to realize and establish its existence in the historic land of Palestine.

“We will continue to fight so we can fly the Palestinian flag in the minarets of mosques and churches in Jerusalem,” he added.

November 15, marks the annual commemoration of the Palestinian State Declaration of Independence declared by former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on November 15, 1988. He died on November 11, 2004, leaving a spectacular trail related to the problems of Palestinians and the contemporary liberation movement.

Besides this event, every year on November 29 is a day of global solidarity for the Palestinian people recognized by the UN General Assembly in 1977, which championed their national rights to obtain independence. (T/Sj/RS5)
