MAPIM : We Stand With You on Your Return March

Kuala Lumpur, MINA – The Malaysian Consultation Council of Islamic Organization (MAPIM) has condemned the murderous act of the Israel Occupation Forces that has so far shot dead scores and injured returnees in the Great Return March at the Gaza-Israel border which commenced yesterday Friday 31 st March 2018 at the Gaza – Illegal Israel border

MAPIM in a statement said the unarmed return march , and clearly a rightful one , has shown the courageous Palestinians making their way to an only option to defy the 70 years of occupation by the Zionist Israel regime.

“The Israel regime has blatantly depicts its barbaric action on the Palestians now witnessed by the whole world,” said the statement received by MINA here Sunday.

President of MAPIM Mohd Azmi Abdul Hamid said, we call for an emergency meeting of all Islamic leaders to weigh the consequences of the massacre.

“We are registering our strong solidarity with the Great Return of March movement. The Muslim world must initiate a respond to the current situation,” he added.

Azmi stressed, the message is clear. If the world community still sits on their laurels not acting, then the Palestianian people will do what they see fit to deal with 70 years of injustice.

“We express and reiterate our firm solidarity and stand in salute with the Palestinians : men , women, young and old, sparked by the courageous will and strong determination to return to their lands, knowing the high risk they will face in confronting the heavily armed Israel forces ready to shoot to kill,” he said.(L/R04/RS5)
