King Salman Centre distributes breaking fast meals to Somalia – SPA

 

Arakan, Myanmar, 6 Ramadan1438/1 June 2017 (MINA) – King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid started a project of distributing breaking-fast meals in Stoye city of Arakan State in Myanmar.

The meals contained the basic requirements of the family and will be distributed until the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

The project is an extension of 202 humanitarian and relief projects offered by the Center, which were implemented through 103 partners in 37 countries on four continents.

From Mogadishu SPA reported that King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid launched on Monday a program to distribute 569,340 breaking-fast meals in Somalia during the holy month of Ramadan to ease the sufferings of the Somali people affected by drought in the previous years.

It is noteworthy that the program will distribute 18,978 meals per day in the most desperate areas in Somalia. (T/RS5/RS1)
