ISRAELI OCCUPATION FORCES AIRSTRIKES HIT PALESTINIAN HOUSES

Gaza, 10 Ramadan 1435/7 July 2014 (MINA) –  Israeli Occupation Air Force launched its latest airstrikes on the Gaza Strip Tuesday dawn (8/7) targeting Palestinian houses, MINA correspondent in Gaza reported.

The US-made F16 fighter planes attacked the residence of Mohammed Al-obadalah in Al-Qororoh area, east of Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip, at 1:52 am local time causing total blackout in  the area.

The strikes also hit  the residences belonging to Mourad Elian in Jabaliya north of Gaza Strip and Al Za’abut family in Al Zaytoon neigbourhood.

At least nine people were injured in the random attacks from the south, center and north of the Gaza Strip.

In the central of the Gaza Strip, Israeli Occupation Air Force strikes were targeted against citizens farmland adjacent to the Gazan Powerplant.

“This time Israel launched a military operation with code name “The Solid Rock,” while the Palestinians call the “third Al-Quds Intifada,” correspondent MINA said.

Meanwhile, local media reported Muqowamah resistance movement in Gaza fired hundreds of rockets into the occupied land as a response to a more intense attacks from the  Zionist entity in recent weeks.

The other two attacks targeted at eastern Jabaliya, north Gaza, injuring a child who was then rushed to Kamal Udwan Hospital.

A series of attacks on the Gaza Strip since Sunday (6/7) evening to Monday (7/7) morning killed at least eight people while 17 others were injured, said health ministry spokesman in Gaza, Dr. Ashraf Al Qadra in  his facebook page on Monday (7/7) afternoon. (L/K01/P03/E01)
