Bandar Lampung, 30 Safar 1436/23 December 2014 (MINA) – Indonesia Al-Fatah Islamic foundation signed cooperation with the Thailand Islamic Council at Pattani, Thailand on Monday, at Lampung province.

“The cooperation included the development of education, propagation, Al-Qur’an memorizing and other prospective field,” Miraj Islamic News Agency (MINA)’s correspondent reported from Lampung.

“The cooperation to improve the Islamic brotherhood among Indonesia and Thailand as well as raising world civilization,” the chief of Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding school, Mastur told MINA correspondent.

The Thailand Islamic Council also cooperated with the Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) in the field of media and news development.

Meanwhile, Imaamul Muslimin, Yakhsyallah Mansur hoped the both sides could follow-up the cooperation immediately.

“We hope we can implement it immediately, insya Allah Al-Fatah foundation through Mi’raj Islamic News Agency (MINA) is ready to send reporters to teach about journalism. We also ready to send teachers to teach Al-Quran memorizing methods,” he said.

Represent of the Thailand Islamic Council, Dr Ahmad Kamae Waemusor expressed his admiration for Muslims in Indonesia, especially at Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School in Lampung.

Their visit was an acknowledgement of Al-Fatah’s delegation visit a few week ago. (L /P009/R03)
